Instrotech VB8823 - Video Borescope

The Instrotech VB8823 portable video Borescope is designed as a remote inspection device, capable of recording video and taking still images. It is ideal for use in surveying pipes or other hard-to-reach places, equipment or furnishing installation, car repair etc. Features include IP-67 water-proof 1m gooseneck and 9mmØ camera lens. It has a 70mm (2.7'') TFT colour display.

For some applications the digital display will be clear enough for direct viewing, however, some applications will benefit from the captured footage of real-time recording to the microSD card. This can then be transferred to a computer to be viewed on a large screen with the additional facility to zoom.

The instrument can accept any microSD card (not supplied) from 2GB up to 32GB, to capture still images (JPEG) or video (NTSC/PAL) for download to PC or laptop with date and time stamp. This can then be saved and used as attachments to emails or reports.
