Shipping and Handling within the UK for all products over the website is free of charge. This will either ship via our current courier (DPD) or by first class registered post, depending upon the size and weight of the item. Customers can also arrange their own collection if preferred.

If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored for you to arrange collection or redelivery. Redelivery will be charged at £10.00+VAT if you are at fault, free delivery will not apply under these circumstances.

Delivery Schedule:
Drawing on our large stocks, we can usually get orders confirmed before 2.00pm to you for the next working day (orders with calibration may be delayed for an extra day). Transit times to some areas will vary as in the table above.

90 Day Money Back Guarantee & Returns Policy


We offer a 90 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products bought on the site. All we ask is all items you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned products we will refund your payment within 7 days where possible.
