Simply PATs Version 7 Professional PAT Testing Software (Full Downloading Edition)
Powerful PAT testing software package that supports downloads from over 50 current downloading PAT testers, and allows full asset management, history tracking, invoicing and report printing. A dedicated Manual Entry screen also allows for PAT testing data to be manually entered, allowing you to use this package in conjunction with manual PAT testers too.
The software has been designed to make your job easier, with powerful Group and Sort options giving you more control when displaying your test data on screen. Appliance and Location Abbreviations speed up testing in the field; For example entering KE on the PAT Tester will result in SimplyPats displaying KETTLE. Abbreviations are fully user definable and can be printed out. Abbreviations are only replaced when the user chooses the Replace Abbreviations option from within SimplyPats.
Another unique feature of Simply PATS (version 7) is the Bulk Replace and Bulk Replace Selected, allowing the user to easily make sweeping changes to all information relating to Appliances, such as Site, Location, User and Retest Period etc.
A Validate feature checks the file for missing data and prompts the user to add any information that may be missing, along with a spell check. All test information is clearly displayed on screen, with all test results.
Microwave Leakage and RCD Test Results can be manually added to any Appliance and dedicated reports can either be printed or exported showing Microwave Leakage and RCD Test Results.
Printing and Exporting your Test Data
Over 17 Reports are included as standard with the option of adding Custom Designed Reports, some of which are freely available on our web site. The cost of designing Custom PAT Testing Reports varies depending on complexity, please contact us if you require further information.
All Reports can of course be printed, however if Digital Documentation is required they can also be exported in Word, Excel, TIFF, HTML, Text and PDF formats.
The Print Sequence Feature speeds up the process of printing out multiple Reports. Simply add the reports that you want to print to the list, SimplyPats will then print the selected Reports one after each other. Other options include; Print multiple Reports to multiple printers and Export as PDF. Once set, the print sequence is saved for next time.
Invoicing
SimplyPats has the ability to automatically generate detailed Invoices if Price and Repair information is present in the current data file. This means that invoices can literally be sent out just minutes after downloading and validating the test data.
Price and Repair information (Codes) can also be added/edited manually from the main screen or even added using the Bulk Replace Feature, this would normally be used if the information has not been entered into the PAT Tester at the time of testing.
Other options include; Auto increment Invoice Number, Extra Charges i.e. Travel to Site, User Defined Price and Repair schemes, Discount, Fixed Price and a Calculator. Invoices can be Printed or Exported in the same manner as all other Reports.
User defined Price and Repair Schemes can be generated giving the flexibility of maintaining different pricing structures. Useful if you charge different rates for different customers.

SimplyPats Version 7 is supported on the following Operating Systems:

Mac OS platform
SimplyPats will quite happily run on MAC hardware but will still require Windows OS (see above). Running Windows OS on MAC hardware is possible with two solutions being Boot Camp or Parallels.
