Description
Our PATGuard 3 Software training course integrates PAT testing with results management, saving you money, reducing your costs and providing excellent customer service. Attending this course will provide you with the knowledge to extract real value from your software and allow you to work smarter.
Units Covered
Unit 1: An introduction to PATGuard 3
We will provide a brief overview of the requirements as to why electrical safety testing is required.
Unit 2: Understanding the Database Structure
Find out how test results are stored in the database and how recording additional information will help you become More efficient and make the most of the reports.
Unit 3: Importing Legacy Databases
Learn how to transfer other supported existing record based systems into PATGuard
Unit 4: Personalising Your Database
Learn how to use the test record options to record additional asset information
Unit 5: Uploading & Downloading
For fast and efficient management of data the attendee will learn how to download results from the tester into the database, and then when required upload the data back to the tester for re-testing.
Unit 6: Re Tests & E-Mail Alerts
Learn how to set and manage the re-test period. The attendees will learn how to schedule, configure and trigger email alerts to their clients when re-tests are due.
Unit 7: Managing the PA Resource
The attendees will learn how to monitor the PAT tester's usage from minute to minute.
Ideal For - Those interested in purchasing, or who have purchased, the Seaward PATGuard 3 software. The course is taught by an authorised Seaward PAT expert and is suitable for a group of up to 10 persons.
Certification - All candidates will receive a certificate to confirm their attendance & completion of the 1-day course.
Location: - On site at either the Instrotech Training Centre (in Watford, close to London where car parking, lunch and all refreshments will be provided), or at your site or mainland UK location of your choosing.
