Proving a system is dead prior to carrying out any work is simple and easy with the Fluke T130. It will detect voltage presence from 12V to 690V and give the reading on both an LED and LCD display. Voltage indication is visual, audible and the tester will also vibrate, suitable for use in the most demanding and noisy applications.
Some extra safety features have been included with the T130 such as a low battery warning and dual-sleeve test leads. The inner sleeve is in a contrasting colour to the outer, so you will know if any wear or damage has occurred. In addition, the tester will detect voltage even if the batteries are completely flat.
There are a number of additional features with this unit including:

RCD functionality, press the two "load" buttons to draw a 30mA current
