The pocket-size Megger PVM210 is ideal for using on sloped roofs, or at the top of ladders as it has the solar detector built into the top of the instrument. It also has a large clear display with a data hold function.
The PVM210 has been predominantly designed for choosing optimum positions for PV installations and for measuring the solar power for the calculation of short circuit current to confirm the performance of the PV panel for certification.
On the back of the unit is a standard thread that a tripod can be mounted to if precise readings are required. The PVM210 comes complete with a protective carry pouch.
Key features of the Megger PVM210:
Optimal incident angle and positioning of solar panels
Measurement of solar power for panel short circuit calculation
