This innovative PAT tester from Seaward combines the simplicity of the basic testers with the capability of result storage and download. This is an excellent PAT for those who are working on a budget, but have a lot of items to test and need to speed up the process.
The Seaward Primetest 250+ (plus) features a simple one-button function to perform the required test sequence and with an internal memory of 999 results, you can easily store your days work for later download. It's battery powered, so no need to connect power cables whilst testing, there is a label printer for fast printing of pass or fail labels (small or large labels available - not supplied but are available separately).
The software supplied with this unit is for basic data transfer, which means you can export the data to a csv file for importing into other software, or producing a report via Excel. The Primetest 250+ will also download to PATGuard 3 software for users who already have it, or for those who want a more powerful reporting software.
The Primetest 250+ (Plus) is an excellent handheld PAT that also enables you to adjust the test voltage from 500V to 250V on the insulation range, and the leakage current threshold from 0.75mA to 3.5mA. It will carry out the following PAT Tests:
- Class I: Earth Bond, Insulation & Sub Leakage
- Class II: Insulation & Sub Leakage
