Building thermography is a great way to locate building faults that are not visible to the naked eye, however understanding how to set your camera up correctly, prepare for a survey and analyse the thermal images you capture is key to making a successful diagnosis and avoid making costly misinterpretations.
This is a dedicated training course, written by the ITC, designed to give you an understanding as to how to use your thermal camera carry out general building surveys for location of missing or poor insulation, thermal bridges, moisture ingress, water leaks and air leaks. During the course, you will learn how the settings in your thermal camera can be used to get the best results, consider real world scenarios and analyse thermal patterns to correctly diagnose problems and learn how to ensure the correct conditions for the type of survey you wish to carry out.
