The T&R 100ADM has a simple layout with no complex menu navigation, making it easy-to-use when testing protective systems. A new metering system, added in the MK5 version, accurately measures the RMS of a single cycle. In addition fine control of low currents is enabled via a new current limiting mode. This mode also allows for testing of self-powered overcurrent protection, often fitted to many 11kV ring main units.
There are a range of outputs available, allowing current injection from just a few mA up to a maximum of 100A. High impedance current relays and voltage relays can also be tested and four true RMS metering ranges are provided. Safety features include industry standard safety connectors on all inputs and outputs.
A two channel timing system enables fast measurement of trip times, reset times and reclose times, with high accuracy. The timer auto-ranges, measuring from 1ms to 99999.9s.
The main output is protected by overcurrent, thermal trips and duty cycle, with the auxiliary DC power supply protected by a current limit. The AC supply is fuse protected.

All units are calibrated by the manufacturer prior to shipping, however there is no certification included. If you require a full calibration certificate, please contact us for details.
