The Fluke 7103 micro calibration bath is available in two models. The first has a temperature range from -30°C to 125°C, whilst the second model ranges from -20°C to 150°C. The overall accuracy has been improved to 0.25°C, which allows you to carry out quick calibrations without an external reference thermometer and the accuracy is specified for the entire temperature range, not just the best temperature.
By using a calibration bath, you can calibrate a wide range or sensors and probe sizes that may not fit into a traditional dry-well. The 140mm deep well makes it easy to carry out these types of calibration, along with bimetal and liquid in glass thermometers.
An RS-232 port allows the included Interface-IT software to be connected to make setup adjustments and capture the data. Other Fluke calibration software is also compatible with the 7102. In addition, the Fluke 7102 comes complete with built-in protection against over-temperature, 8 set-point memory storage, ramp-rate adjust and contacts to calibrate a thermal switch.
These micro baths are also CFC free and as there is no compressor, the micro baths are lightweight and easy to carry around. Along with this, because there are no moving parts, the calibrators are much more durable than similar products.
