The Martindale VT7 is unique as a single pole contact voltage indicator. It detects voltage from 50V to 600V and can also be proved using a conventional proving unit. There are many applications for this tester, including checking the outside of panels, cabinets or lamp post casings for live voltage, prior to carrying out any works.
There is a built-in self test function and it's IP54 rated, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The durable design and build makes it suitable for domestic and industrial applications. It can also be used when wearing protective gloves or gauntlets. The VT7 voltage probe is GS38 compliant.
