Martindale PL8, Industrial Plug Lock Out

The Martindale PL8 Industrial Lock Out completely encloses industrial plugs to prevent accidental reconnection. Once the plug is inserted, the lock out device should then be locked with a secure padlock and completed with a warning tag (suitable padlocks and warning tags are sold separately)

Suitable for use with most plugs up to and including 32A.

This device can also be used by PAT testers, where an appliance has been tested as failed and you need to prevent the equipment from being accidentally used.
