The Megger MCC1010 is a conventional AC current transformer (CT) and replaces the Megger ICLAMP (1001-012). The MCC1010 is a non-contact current sensing clamp that is simple to use and can measure currents up to 1,000A AC with a 1000:1 step down ratio.
The unit is rated to CAT IV 600V and has a 1mA / 1A sensitivity with rated burden of 1Ω.
Large jaws enable cables up to 52mm to be accommodated.
Overvoltage protection of the output terminals is included.
The MCC1010 is also suitable for measuring leakage currents.
Can be used with the Megger DET range of earth testers (DET3TC, DET4TC, DET4TCR) for ART & Stakeless testing of earth resistance when used in conjunction with the Megger MVC1010 Voltage Clamp (sold separately).
