What is the Chauvin Arnoux CA6532 Telecom Insulation Tester?

The Chauvin Arnoux CA6532 Telecom Insulation & Continuity Tester is designed for UK telecoms and data technicians carrying out insulation and continuity testing on telephone and communication circuits. With 50 V and 100 V insulation test voltages, it is ideal for sensitive cabling where higher voltages are unsuitable. The tester measures insulation resistance up to 20 GΩ and also supports continuity, capacitance and distance-to-fault calculations to help identify wiring issues quickly during installation, maintenance and fault finding.

 

Built for Efficient Field Work and Reporting

Designed for daily site use, the CA6532 includes a ΔREL comparison mode for spotting changes between cable pairs, a wide backlit display for clear readings and magnetic mounting for hands-free operation.
