Amprobe EV-520-UK EV Adaptor Kit (Type 2 Connector)
The Fluke Amprobe EV-520-UK allows you to plug your multifunction tester into the outlet socket of an electric vehicle charging station and perform safety and functional tests, while simulating the presence of an electrical vehicle. This kit comes with the most popular Type-2 EV connector (Type-1 connectors for the older style of EV vehicles are available separately).
The Fluke Amprobe EV-520 Series Test Adaptor Kit is designed to test function and safety of charging stations with Mode 3 for AC charging. The Adaptor Kit is universal and allows you to conduct tests in combination with an appropriate test instrument such as an installation tester (MFT) or Scope Meter (oscilloscope).
With the Adaptor Kit, the charging stations can be tested in accordance with IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722. Please note, this is the version for the UK so comes fitted for a UK mains outlet socket. The kit includes a Type-2 EV connector.
