Fluke Corporation has identified a safety issue affecting certain Fluke T110, T130, and T150 Two-Pole Voltage Testers (“T-Pole Testers”). As a precautionary measure, Fluke has decided to voluntarily recall all of these products and provide affected customers with new and improved equivalent replacement products.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you, and hope you’ll understand that customer safety is our utmost priority.
The following T-Pole Testers are being voluntarily recalled (“Recalled Testers”):

The Fluke T90 is NOT impacted by this recall. In addition, all the T-pole testers currently offered by Instrotech are not impacted by this recall.
If your Fluke T-Pole tester in on the recall list, please IMMEDIATELY STOP using it and follow the recall instructions on Fluke’s website:
Fluke two pole testers safety notice
It would be nice if they responded to the information entered I filled out there form 2 weeks ago and had no response from them
Hi Trevor, it looks like Fluke are a little swamped by the requests right now, so there is some delay in the responses.

Hi,
My tester is serial number 23537608, will I need to return mine?
Yes, it is affected.
Were these recalled testers sold in the USA?
It would be a very nice gesture if Fluke were to supply the new unit in a complementary Fluke case…. to acknowledge the inconvenience now that I can’t use my T150… until whenever….
Is this re recall only applicable in the UK & EU or further afield like North America?
Thanks

Has anyone got the replacement yet as I sent mine back end of October and as of yet had no update and still no replacement what a joke for a safety tester

Hi I have a fluke t110 voltage tester manufacture in 2015 is this one of the recalled item
Well I sent my 150 off over two weeks ago and it arrived and was signed for in the Netherlands. Since then – NOTHING.
I have emailed customer service at Fluke UK – NOTHING and fluke.recall.xxx and NOTHING.
Looking at their website they say they are processing returns from March, but there is no indication when that information was updated, so no use at all.
Any organisation that could see this from the customer’s point of view would have a tracking system showing the customers where their replacements were and when they will be getting them. That organisation is not Fluke.
i can only find one number on the back of my flukeT150 which is en61243-3 which appears to be very different the the numbers shown on the varies site
