The affected models and serial numbers are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluke 373 &#8211; 14270001 to 21950000<\/li>\n<li>Fluke 374 &#8211; 14270001 to 16379999<\/li>\n<li>Fluke 375 &#8211; 14270001 to 16079999<\/li>\n<li>Fluke 376 &#8211; 14270001 to 15909999<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Note serial numbers ending in &#8220;&#8221;R&#8221;&#8221; are not affected and do not need to be returned<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The Issue<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The printed circuit assembly may not be properly fastened to the test lead input jack. This may result in inaccurate voltage readings, including a low or no voltage reading on a circuit energised with a hazardous voltage, presenting a shock, electrocution or thermal burn hazard.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with a clamp that is affected is advised to stop using it and return it to Fluke for immediate replacement.
