Increased Resolution<\/b><\/p>\n
By upgrading your camera, you can increase the resolution of your images up to a maximum of 640 x 480 pixels. Even with the 320 x 240 pixel resolution, you will notice a vast improvement in the quality of the actual thermal image.<\/p>\n
Better Thermal Sensitivity<\/b><\/p>\n
Many cameras are now equipped with more sensitive detectors, offering thermal sensitivity as low as 35mK (0.035\u00c2\u00b0C), this can be particularly useful when working in building or R&D applications.<\/p>\n
MSX Technology (T440 & T640 model only)<\/b><\/p>\n
MSX was a unique feature only introduced in 2012. With this function, the camera will capture a thermal image and digital image in real time, overlaying the outline of the digital image onto the thermal image. With this feature active, you can add more detail to your thermal images, such as circuit details of a switchboard, or see the outline of brickwork or door numbers on houses.<\/p>\n
Field of View Match (T400 & T600 Only)<\/b><\/p>\n
Many thermal imaging cameras will capture a thermal and a digital image at the same time, however when the images are downloaded, the digital image is often larger than the thermal, which can make it difficult to pin-point the problem areas, especially on large panels or buildings.<\/p>\n
Field of View match captures a digital image that resembles the thermal image exactly, so you’ll easily be able to tell where any problems are and will also make it easier for your client to do the same.<\/p>\n
