Built with the new FLIR Lepton core, the FLIR ONE fits over the iPhone 5 and gives you thermal imaging capability. The FLIR ONE features MSX technology, which overlays the outline of the visual image over the thermal, enhancing the detail.
The resolution of the FLIR ONE is only 80 x 60 pixels, however it is designed to be a DIY type tool for the location of leaks, blockages, air leaks and other issues around the home. The camera features a single temperature spot measurement in the center of the display and images captured can be opened and analysed with the free FLIR Tools Software. Whilst we would always recommend using a good quality thermal imaging camera for surveys and inspections, this camera is a good scanner to use for initial checks.
