Shipping And Handling:
Shipping and Handling in the UK is free of charge for orders over £39.00, for any orders under £39.00 there will be a shipping charge of £ 7.50. We use either first class recorded delivery or a carrier (currently UPS). In each case a standard next day service is used. Someone will have to sign for the delivery and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.
Please note the following postcode in outlying regions may take extra time: HS1 - 9, IM, IV, KA27 - 28, KW, PA, PH, TR & ZE.
If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored for you to arrange collection or redelivery. Redelivery will be charged at £7.50 + VAT if you are at fault.
Our trade counter is open from 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Delivery Schedule:
Drawing on our large stocks, we can usually get orders confirmed before 2.30pm to you for the next working day (orders with calibration may be delayed for an extra day).
If you require Saturday delivery we charge £30 extra and we charge £15 extra for next day delivery (Pre 10.30am). Please ensure you select these options, if required, when checking out.
Please call the Sales department if you require overseas delivery.
Returns Policy:
We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products bought on the site. All we ask, is all items you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned products we will refund your payment within 7 days where possible.
