The course covers the basics of PAT testing, giving you the knowledge in regard to legislation, the different types of appliances and the tests that should be carried out, how to determine a pass or fail and record keeping.
At the end of the course, you can take a multiple choice examination online. Once you have passed the exam you can then print out your PAT testing certificate.

This course is suitable for those who may want a refresher, or people who are carrying out in-house PAT testing and want the knowledge and certification to do so. Please note that this is not a City & Guilds course, however you could take a City & Guilds exam at a local college on completion of this course.
