This excellent offer includes a free wide angle or telephoto lens, tool belt and carry pouch. Buy the camera before 30th June 2013 to take advantage of this special offer.
The FLIR E60bx gives you high quality 320 x 240 IR resolution, enabling you to see much more detail on your images and pinpoint specific causes of problems more accurately. WiFi connectivity is also enabled for transfer of images to smartphones and PC tablets. The rugged design has also been drop tested to 2m.
Heat loss, water ingress on a flat roof, leaking pipes and or air gaps can all be easily spotted with the Flir E60bx, and the greater resolution means you'll see a lot more detail. The thermal sensitivity of 45mK also means much smaller temperature differences can be seen, ideal when looking for areas of damp. The building specific range of thermal cameras also have an insulation limit, which quickly shows up areas of insulation breakdown, and a dewpoint alarm which is useful for locating areas where damp and mold is likely to occur.
The FLIR E60bx features include 3 measurement spots and 3 area boxes which can be added to the image in real time, making comparison of objects even faster. Also available is the Delta T, or difference temperature function, allowing you to take a reference image and make comparisons against it.
Flir's Meterlink technology has also been incorporated into the E60bx camera, allowing the transfer of data from an Extech EX845 clamp meter, or Extech MO297 moisture meter, adding this information to the IR image.
Another useful feature is the Instant Report function, create a mini pdf report from the camera, which can then be transferred directly to a USB drive. This is especially useful where a fault is discovered that requires immediate attention, a report can be passed straight to the client, rather than waiting for you to get back to the office and download the images.
Text comments can be added to the IR images, either from a pre-defined list or the soft keyboard on the touchscreen. Up to 60 seconds of voice annotation can also be added to each image, via Bluetooth connectivity.
New Software Integrates with Tablet PCs
Flir now have a new iPhone & iPad app, Flir Viewer, which allows the images to be wirelessly transferred from the camera. This allows you to email images for colleagues or clients when a quick decision or second opinion is needed. This app is available for both iPhone and Android and is free to download.
Interchangeable Lenses
With the FLIR E60bx camera, you can also purchase additional lenses, allowing the camera to be adapted for almost any situation, whether you need a close-up lens for enclosed spaces, a telescopic lens for working at distance, or a wide angle lens to cover a larger area. Wide angle lenses are particularly useful for building applications.
