Reliable, fast and accurate calibration
Located within 2 minutes of M1 J5, and 10 minutes from M25 J19, Instrotech’s calibration service gives you a reliable service and fast turnaround. Most instruments are calibrated in-house and ready within 3 – 5 days. Our capabilities allow us to calibrate a wide range of electrical, environmental and mechanical test equipment.

All our calibration certificates are traceable to UKAS national standards, via certificates held for all our calibration instruments. Our centralised computer system allows us to store calibration data indefinitely, and quickly locate previous calibration results. Should you ever misplace your calibration certificate we can easily email a copy to you at no extra cost.

Collection and delivery of your items can be arranged through our courier – UPS. If you contact us before 12pm we can normally collect the same day. Carriage is FREE when returning 5 or more items.

Items can be dropped off at our trade counter anytime between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (Please note that we only accept cash or credit / debit card payment at our trade counter).

We are an approved calibration and repair centre for Seaward, Martindale, Metrohm and more.

Our calibration service includes the following as standard:

• Replacement of standard batteries where required
• Replacement of user-replaceable fuses where required
• Instrument cleaning
• PAT Testing - where required
• Calibration certificates & results are sent with the goods, as well as stored digitally, so they can be easily emailed should you misplace them.

Our sameday and 24 hour premium service is available for most standard electrical test equipment, ideal when time is of the essence.

Service Contracts & On-Site Calibration
We offer a range of services to suit companies with large fleets of test equipment. These include an annual calibration service contract, whereby a fixed annual fee is charged to cover all your equipment, and an on-site visit by one of our calibration engineers.

These services allow you to budget accurately for the cost of maintaining your test equipment, as there are no “hidden extras”. Calibration contracts are a great way of saving time and money, as the annual cost is broken down into four quarterly instalments. Our contract prices will allow you to benefit from discounts off our standard pricing and cover the following:

• Collection and delivery of your test equipment
• One annual calibration (2 for some Gas Monitors, where required)
• Replacement of standard batteries
• Replacement of user-replaceable fuses, where required
• Instrument cleaning

Fixed Cost Repairs & FREE Inspection
Our simple fixed cost repair pricing gives you peace of mind that there will be no “extra costs” added on once work has commenced. We offer FREE inspection of your tester, with no obligation to go ahead with any works, however should you choose not to have your unit repaired we do charge £7.50 + VAT return carriage.

Instrotech’s engineers have a wealth of experience in repairing test equipment, and we will always do our best to minimise repair turnaround times. In the event that a unit is going to be away for a while, we can offer a hire unit at a discounted rate.

Where a unit is deemed beyond economical repair, we will offer a replacement product at competitive prices.
