Hire equipment is sent out on a pre 10.30am delivery by UPS, guaranteeing you have the equipment ready to go on the first day of the hire. We can deliver to your business address, or if required direct to site.

Carriage for hire is charged at £30 + VAT in total, this covers delivery to you and return collection at the end of the hire.

Deposits for hire equipment are charged at five times the weekly amount, deposits are not required for account customers.

Hire is charged in multiples of 1 week (7 consecutive days) starting on the day of delivery / collection, or in days where there is a daily hire option. For a hire charged on a weekly basis, part of a week is charged in as a full week.

Hire will continue on a weekly basis until the day of return to Instrotech regardless of the period initially booked. If collection is required you must telephone for an “Off Hire Number”. The hire period then ceases provided the equipment is packed and available for collection immediately.

The customer is responsible for insuring the equipment. The full cost of repair or replacement of the equipment, manuals, accessories, transit cases etc. will be charged to the Customer in event of damage or loss.
